JDS software products are available for purchase thru a reseller network. Please contact us to locate an existing reseller. New resellers are welcome to join our network.
Products are licensed per MAC address of the camera or video encoder used (patented). Site licenses are also available to qualified customers. Once the MAC addresses have been sent to MACS@softsite32.com, A full install will be available for the product on the downloads page or associated applications pages. Exisiting users who are adding new licenses can also download a license file key that engages the newly authorized devices. All exisitng devices are also in the license key. Key requests can be made here.
Typical turn around time for purchases of new licenses is 72 hours, but can be as little as one hour. Users with urgent needs can call us to arrange for expedited services.
An automated 24/7 licensing engine will be launched on this site soon. This will allow users to purchase licenses via credit card and receive a license file in minutes. To sign up for this service, contact us.
