We write and optimize all critical code.
We do not use ActiveX controls authored by hardware vendors.
We have innovative techniques to process incoming video data. (Several patents pending).
We write archives directly to disk; We do not use an image database. We have no retrieval issues such as date queries.
We have a strong knowledge of the camera and video devices we support. Often we can optimize the streaming processes to gain maximum throughput.
We continue to improve our technologies. Newer engines are in development.
Softsite32 streams video from Ethernet connected video cameras and video servers over standard network topologies. What you need to set up an IP surveillance network;
Any current Windows based PC.
An Ethernet network or Ethernet crossover cable.
A network switch or hub from any manufacturer (a Crossover cable negates the need for a network switch or hub)
Any of the 27 IP manufactured camera makes or any analog camera connected to a supported IP video server.
This design allows the user to load multiple PCs with the software to view and record images from multiple points without any additional software purchases.
